Pagelove Platform Terms

1. What this agreement is about

This is the agreement between you (the account holder) and Pagelove Ltd governing your use of the Pagelove platform, including the console, the edge proxy, the authoring server, and the storage tier. Using the console means you accept these terms.

2. Your workspace, your content

You own the content you store on Pagelove. You grant us the narrowly-scoped licence needed to host, serve, and back it up on your behalf. We don't sell it, we don't train models on it, and we don't share it with third parties outside the operational scope you opt into.

3. Acceptable use

• No hosting of content that's unlawful where you live or where we operate.
• No using Pagelove to send spam, malware, or phishing pages.
• No attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exhaust shared platform resources beyond your plan.
• Respect other users of the platform — including their quotas, uptime, and privacy.

4. Billing & plans

Free-tier hosts display a modest watermark and are limited to a single hostname. Paid plans bill monthly or annually in your workspace's currency; billing begins the day you upgrade and continues until you cancel. You can cancel or downgrade any time from the billing page.

5. Availability & support

We target high availability on paid plans and publish an uptime dashboard. Free-tier hosts are provided on a best-effort basis with no formal SLA. Support is available via your workspace's support inbox; response times depend on plan.

6. Data, privacy, and portability

You can export all data attached to your workspace in HTML at any time. We retain data for as long as your workspace exists; on deletion we purge stored content within 30 days and backups within 90 days. See the privacy note for what else we collect (minimal: authentication, billing, operational logs).

7. Termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that repeatedly or egregiously violates these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your data is exported or purged per your choice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may publish a new version of these terms. When we do, you'll be asked to agree to the new version the next time you open the console. You can continue using the platform read-only for up to 30 days while you review and decide.
